Obtaining an MBA in Financial Management, the trajectory of his work highlights the significance of analytics and the multifaceted approaches to articulating data as a resource to understanding global markets as well as economic forecasts.

His professional career in the United States Government has evolved extensively through his ability to connect with people. Kou is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and serves as a crucial asset and subject matter expert to defense resource management.

Kou has worked in support and promotion of women’s rights while deployed in Afghanistan and in recent work, to support developing efforts to push equality through demographic data and analysis.
