Introducing Perspective Roaster’s Micro Series - This series will explore a range of very high-end coffee’s some using experimental carbonic and anaerobic maceration methods, others being produced by farmers on micro-lots. This series is dedicated to exploring and redefining what you know about coffee.

THE SUMATRA

Produced by Asman Arianto - This offering comes from a top scoring cooperative, the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative in the Northern Indonesia. This co-op was founded to unite farmers in the region with the goal of offering competitive prices that can help farmers reinvest in their farms and families.

After selective handpicking, the cherries from this lot are left to dry, natural process, which is typically wet hauled in this region. This is our first South East Asia coffee and we are quite impressed with the results.
